Project Management: Empowering Change Makers

With seminars and panels covering topics around the complex issues that are being faced by the Lebanese and global public and private sectors and how project management can enable change makers to positively affect the society around them.

This conference will tackle the use of PMI global standards and international project management trends to empower Lebanese and global change makers and give them the vision and the tools required.


Innovative workshops will introduce new cutting-edge concepts, facilitated by top notch international speakers, for an audience composed of business professionals and government officials.

This event will feature participation of PMI global board of directors member, PMI MENA director and multiple other esteemed professionals on the national project management scene.

Mrs. Gretta Kelzi Harb

Working for more than 20 years in project management of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Applications. 

Empowering stakeholders to adapt a data driven approach in decision making, design and implementation of special programs for various industries. 

Volunteering with PMI since 2012, held locally different roles with Lebanon Chapter and globally engaged in different activities. She is currently an active member of the Ethics Insights Team, and the Code Review Team.

Dr. Andre Gholam

More than 37 years in information systems consulting, audit, cybersecurity, data privacy and IT services management. Holder of a PhD, an engineering degree and several certifications in the related fields. 

Currently focusing on strategies and implementations of digital transformation, financial technology, information systems governance, cybersecurity and users awareness. 

Joined PMI in 2003, served as PMILC board member (Treasurer) for 2 years and gave several conferences at PMILC monthly talks and professional development days.

Dr. Amine Eddine is a medical doctor with special interest in pre-hospital care, Healthcare quality management and disaster management. 

He is also a disaster management instructor in the Humanitarian Leadership Diploma, offered by Global Health Institute at AUB, an assistant professor at the Faculty of Nursing of the Lebanese Red Cross and a consultant for multiple local, regional and global NGOs.


Mr. Vartkes Keutelian

Vartkes Keutelian is the Administrative Manager of the MicroCredit Program of Makhzoumi Foundation.

He has experience in Financial inclusion through Micro-Credit managing a portfolio of more than 50% of Women.

He is passionate in Entrepreneurship with relevant experience in Training and coaching. Start-up or Existing, Micro and Small Enterprises.


Dr. Petra Khoury

Currently the Global Health and Care Director, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies - IFRC

Led the national COVID-19 response and vaccination plan in Lebanon and was appointed as the Chair of the national COVID-19 Vaccination Executive Committee.

Developed and executed the operational response and vaccination plan and

became the nation's scientific spokesperson on

COVID-19 related matters, serving as the Public

Health Advisor to the Prime Minister of Lebanon.
